Paleo Apple Nut CrumbleIngredientsCrumble topping: 1/3 cup organic extra virgin coconut oil, ghee, or grass-fed butter 1/2 cup pecan halves 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds 3/4 cup blanched almond flour 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon fine ground sea salt Apple filling: 6 medium apples peeled, and sliced to 1/4 inch thickness — try Pink Lady, Honeycrisp or Fuji (these apples are high in acidity and a firm texture — which is good for cooking) 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ginger 3 tablespoons coconut sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon arrowroot flour Instructions
